In an online bag filter, bags are cleaned sequentially, even when the dust laden gas is filtered. The cleaning is controlled automatically by a sequence controller. This operates the assembly of solenoid pulse valves which direct the airflow into manifolds. The holes are jig drilled for perfect alignment with the venturi centre for achieving maximum cleaning efficiency. Dust enters, settles, sticks to theoutersurface of bags, and is periodically blasted off by jets, falling into a hopper for removal, providing efficient, continuous air purification for processes like material handling or ventilation.
GPT Pulse Jet Bag Filters operate at 99.97% filtration efficiency down to 1 micron and best suited for flue gas emission control, process dust, fugitive dust. It uses highly efficient Cartrdige filters with surface filtration technology having longer life and lesser pressure drop. Air capacities ranging from 5000 M3/hr to 250000 m3/hr are available with more air capacities having add-on models with MOC in MS. CS, SS 304, 316, 316L
