We are offering The Hellabio Electrophoresis Tank consists of the Tank, the Cover and the Gel bridge. The Cover is transparent and allows during running following the migration of the fractions. The small windows of the cover are designed to prevent overheating of the gel by running of electrophoresis (especially in warm countries) . To get the best resolution results and to avoid overheating of the film, run electrophoresis in room temperature, not higher than 25 degrees.

We are offering Kit for hemoglobin electrophoresis in alkali or in acid. Hellabio offers 3 kind of gels. The Mini HE kit (MHE) is for 48 tests (3 samplesgel). HE 10 kit is for 100 tests (10 samplesgel). HE 14 kit is for 140 tests ( 14 samplesgel). Agarose gels in alkali allow the diagnosis of hemoglobin abnormalities by separating of hemoglobin in distinct band of HbA, HbF, HbS ( HbG, HbD, lepore), and HbA2 ( HbC, HbE and HbO). Note that the Mini HE gels are suitable for small Laboratories with very low cost.

The hot air gel drier is perfect for drying agarose gels up to 12x15 cm. The drier is easy to use and produces high-quality results. The gels are heated from over and the air removes the moisture so that the gel dries homogeneously. The dried gels are ideal for densitometry this manual is considered as a part of the instrument; it has to be at the operator's hand as well as at the maintenance operator's availability. For accurate installation, use and maintenance, please read the following instructions carefully.
