the need to meet the demand for apiarian products of a specific area and the desire to offer products of high quality which can satisfy even the most demanding consumer, have prompted us to create the model unit of production – packaging and trading of apiarian products “si-mel” savidakis georgios. utilizing the three-generation experience and the edaphic and climatic conditions of a specific area in sitia, crete, where the main florescence is the thyme, and our state-of-the-art facilities, we offer the consumer products of high nutritional and biological value, which are tested from the point of production to the final product. our business is situated on traditional stone facilities of 900 m2 where, with the use of the most contemporary machinery, our products are elaborated, packaged and stored according to the model iso 22000 and haccp and certified by tuv hellas (tuv nord). the business occupies nine permanent employees and a chemical engineer for the laboratory.
