Then for the purpose of tree plantation, the company will take this land on lease against agreement which will be done between Company & the land owner. Minimum size of the land will be 1500 sq. yard & in this area of land (1500 sq. yard) company will plant 200 trees ( Hybrid Neem, Hybrid Eucalyptus). Company will plant 200 trees in which 60% (that is 120 trees) will be a share of Landlord & the 40% (that is 80 trees) will be a share of tenant.
