The Variflow Dosing Metering Diaphragm Pumps - GP Series is from 0 - 100 LPH giving a maximum pressure of 70 Bar depending upon the flow rate. These pumps are provided with high efficiency ball valves & high grade of engineering materials for the wetted parts, which enables wide range of aggressive, toxic, hazardous liquid to be handled in the absence of any gland , which offers zero leakage.

GrosvenorPulsation Dampener improve pump system efficiency by removing pulsating flows from piston, plunger, air diaphragm or diaphragm dosing metering pumps insuring a smooth continuous fluid flow and metering accuracy, eliminating pipe vibration and protecting gaskets and seals. Pulsation Dampener placed at the pumps discharge will produce a steady flow up to 96% pulsation free, protecting the entire pumping system from the damaging effects of shock. Pressure Relief Valve is a self operating valve that is used to relieve pressure by allowing the pressurized fluids to flow from an auxiliary passage out of the vessel or process system. Pressure relief valves are designed to protect chemical feed systems from overpressure damage caused by defective equipment or deadheading. When the set pressure exceeded, the pressure relief valve is forced to open & the portion of the fluid is diverted to the auxiliary route. As the fluid is diverted, the pressure inside the vessel or process system will drop and once it reaches the valve's resetting pressure, the valve will close. This will protect the vessel or process system from damage due to abnormal excess pressure conditions.
