Rectangular Sacrificial Zinc Anode is an anode specially designed for highly corrosive industrial applications. They are used in concrete to prevent further corrosion. The sacrificial zinc anode is surrounded by alkali-activated mortars. Once installed or fastened to the reinforcement steel, the zinc core corrodes and protects the reinforcement steel.
