The school has an art department that buzzes with creativity. This department does more than just teaching art. It infuses creativity in the young minds and hearts here. The various fields in which students are trained here are : Sketching, Colouring and Painting. An exhibition is put up every year, showcasing the creative work of the students. The primary section has a room exclusively dedicated to art and craft related activities. It’s heartening to see pictures of the mind turn into pictures of reality through the creative hands of these little toddlers.

We all understand that math cannot be learnt. It has to be understood and practiced. The Math lab takes this concept a little further. Here students are made to experience the various principles and fundamentals of mathematics. Details : Students get to understand the various concepts through the feel of real objects. Math, measurement and relationships between various principles are not left to some strange imagination, they are clarified by actual demonstration. This makes math more real and hence better understood. To enhance the mathematical skills and the learning experience of the students, innovative and intriguing activities are being carried out in the Math Lab.

There is a wide range of co-curricular activities at our school. Students at the School are therefore encouraged to pursue a wide range of intellectual, sporting and social activities. We hope that all pupils will take advantage of as many activities as possible. We expect all pupils to involve themselves in at least one co-curricular activity each term. They participate in various inter-school activities such as Dance, Singing, Drama, Quiz, Debates, Sports, Art& Craft etc. In order to develop a multi-faceted personality it’s important to couple up quality education with ample co-curricular activities. It brings out the hidden talents as well as helps to release pressure by utilizing their energy constructively. Every student is encouraged to participate indiscriminately with the intention of nurturing and developing inner talents. Conducting activity clubs twice a week allows the learners to pursue any interest of their choice. Sports : Sports are the basic activity of life. It is the activity from which students can remain physically and mentally fit. In our school the students can play the outdoor games easily. Our School is playing crucial role in providing the good athletes for the district as well as for the state. We prepares the students for the SPAT. Our School has got a great success in the district in athletics and other games. Many students from the school have been to the different level and earned a medal for himself, school, district, state and the country. School organises the Sports day every year and involves as much as possible students on this day. Library stocks are routinely updated with latest addition of the books available in the market. The membership is open to all students and faculty members, who are issued a library card for all transactions in the library. The school library caters to the need of all classes from Nursery to XII.

Play ground is a different tool of education altogether. Besides the game it teaches team spirit, determination, focus and management. Above all it imparts the winning spirit. For all these reasons and more-All work along with lots of play, is the school mantra as far as sports go. Students represent the school in various tournaments at different inter-school and state levels. We have a play area for students, a sand pit and a play ground. Students begin with their preliminary training in sports right there under expert trainers.

Dry media, normally associated with drawing, such as chalk, may be used in pastel paintings. Drawing may be done with a liquid medium, applied with brushes or pens. Similar supports likewise can serve both: painting generally involves the application of liquid paint onto prepared canvas or panels, but sometimes an underdrawing is drawn first on that same support. Drawing is often exploratory, with considerable emphasis on observation, problem-solving and composition. Geography is a field of science devoted to the study of the lands, the features, the inhabitants, and the phenomena of Earth. This lab sports all kind of models, maps, and instruments that give a detailed insight to the students.

The School has its own buses for transporting the students from different localities to the school and vice-versa. Students can avail the facility of conveyance by putting up an application for the same. Bus charges will be paid quarterly separately in the office counter along with the tuition fee. Bus charges can be revised, whenever necessary, due to hike in the petrol and diesel price hike or hike in Govt. taxes. Transport facility can be withdrawn any time due to an emergency. In case of sudden breakdown of any bus, parents will be requested to make their own arrangements whenever required. We expect full co-operation from the parents. Details : Bus routes are fixed and are normally not changed. The bus facility is extended as a privilege and cannot be claimed as a right .The decision to ply buses on any route and the number of stops shall vest with the management Transport facilities are provided for the convenience of the students. Applications for school transport, transport cancellation, change of bus stops, change of bus route etc. should be submitted to school Transport Incharge one month in advance. Buses will be available only on the routes and at stops fixed by the school and any request for new stops will not be entertained. However, the school reserves the right to make any change if found inevitable. Students travelling by the school bus should always be in proper school uniform and in possession of the school ID card. Students must report at the scheduled stop 5 minutes before the bus arrival time. Students must travel only by the bus allocated to them. No student will be allowed to board a bus other than the one allotted, unless he/she has written permission from the school authorities. If a student wants to get down at a different bus stop, he/she should submit a request signed by the parent to the Principal/Transport Office and obtain special permission for the same. The bus facility will be cancelled for those students who damage any bus fittings or indulge in acts of misbehavior/indiscipline in the bus. In case of misbehavior in the bus, the teacher/driver is authorized to take immediate necessary steps and report the matter to the Principal/Transport Incharge for further actions, if necessary. Such a student will be taken off the bus. Eating, drinking or playing any game in the bus is strictly forbidden. The school buses are fitted with a governor. There is a fully equipped first aid box in every bus. As you are aware the school will take every precaution for the safety of the children, however, the school is not responsible for situations beyond their control. Parents are requested to forward all requests regarding transport to the Transport Incharge. All requests may not be feasible. Please note that the Transport Incharge is handling many students and is not always available to speak to parents. Please ensure you call only in case of an emergency. Parents of children from classes Nur to V should come/send a responsible person to receive their ward from the bus stop failing which the child will be brought back to school. Please ensure that, under no circumstances, any parent boards the bus to discuss no problem of their ward. In case any issue is to be discussed, please meet with the school authorities.
