Hand operated impact press is intricately designed by our team of adept professionals and is high in performance and low on maintenance. These machines efficiently convert the kinetic energy of the spring into an impact load and suitably handle the operations.

Impact press works on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. This is achieved by tensioning a spring under a weighed punch which is preloaded by 6 balls, as this assembly is lifted up by hand lever or by pneumatic force, the balls release the punch which in turn strikes the job to get desired result. There are different models such as 1.1 ton hand & pneumatic operated, 3.5 Ton hand & pneumatic operated.

This are used in various application such as marking , riveting , blanking, piercing, press fitting, eyeleting, assembly riveting, inserting etc.

Toggle presses are used for high compressive force, this is achieved by the toggle action, in which the force multiplies at the Bottom dead center (BDC ) of the Ram. In our model the operator can easily adjust the force by manual adjustment of the lead screw at the top. We have different models such as 250kgs, 500kgs & 800kgs.

The Hand Operated Dual Head Impact Press machines available with us are used for two different operations in one stroke. The pressure adjustments are independent of heads and are extensively used in stationary, auto component mfg., electrical industry, electronic industry (PCB Stud fitting) etc.
