We at HEPL manufacture these up to 33KV. Air Break Switches are designed as double or triple post construction (depending on their type) which can be mounted both horizontally and vertically with the electrical double pole structure. They are usually found in groups of 3 switches serially installed which are operated together. Hence the name "Gang Operated Air Break Switch" (GOAB Switch).

Generally 11KV AB Switches & 22KV AB Switches are used in Power Distribution line and 33KV AB Switches are used in Power Generation & Power Transmission Line.

Hamtech Engineering Private Limited (HEPL) is the contrivance of our managing director Mr. Shoeb Ali Hamza (pic left). It was launched in 1992 with the objective to engage and operate as an organization that manufactures transmission and distribution line materials, undertakes hydroelectric projects, project engineering, consultancy, turnkey execution, commissioning of equipment & instrumentation.
Apart from these the company also fabricates gang operated air break switches, triple pole with galvanised steel base, H.T. insulators as per B.S.S / I.S. standards with non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns for transformers. We also manufacture polygonal and highmast towers light.
HEPL has been supplying, installing & commissioning 11 KV to 132 KV Sub-Stations for the Military Engineering Services, Reserve Bank of India, Airport Authority of India, National Institute of Technology, North Eastern Hill University, etc. The company has accrued a good turn over in the course of this adventurous 24 years and is financially capable of executing high value turnkey contracts.
