We are offering cnc turret punching. Turret presses are used to punch, cut, and separate the parts from the sheets. These machines are highly accurate, fast, and can be re-programmed whenever a part may be revised. This allows us to produce small or large quantities efficiently usually without any tooling costs.

The components are then transferred into the powder painting booth for coating, where temperature, humidity and dust levels are controlled. The powder painting equipment, supplied by Mitsuba India in collaboration from USA. Desiccant dry air-with a dew point of minus 400 C - helps avoid any moisture contamination of the powder. A 'smart spray' mechanism senses the conveyor movement and component geometry to adjust powder flow.

We are offering cnc bending machine. Press brakes are used to bend parts to meet the shape and dimensions as shown on the drawings. These machines are very precise and consistent in operation, and are with 3-axis controls.

The complicated assemblies designed today sometimes require components to be welded together to produce a complete unit. Welding of metal is difficult and must be done using the correct equipment, technique, and supplies. Training is provided continually to ensure the operators produce consistent accurate weldments. Automatic Welding Cells are also used to maintain strong accurate weldments on high quantity runs.
