Dry Cell Batteries :- Zinc Chloride is used in Dry Cell Batteries as an electrolyte and also as a moisture absorbent and corrosion inhibitor. Glue :- It is used in manufacture of Glue, Paper, Cosmetics, Synthetic, Fibers, Disinfectants and Fire Fitting form. Electro Plating :- It is one of the main raw material for manufacturing of electroplating chemicals. Wood Preservative :- It is also a good preservative. Water treatment Chemicals :- It is using in water treatment because of corrosion inhibitor property. Catalysts :- Zinc Chloride is used as a catalyst in production of methylene chloride from methyl alcohol. Petroleum :- It is used to separate water from oil as it is a good emulsion breaker. It is also used in oil and gas wells. Rubber Vulcanization :- It is used as accelerator in the vulcanizing process of rubber. Anteseptic AND Deodorant Preparation :- Zinc Chloride is also used to prepare antiseptics and deodorants. Textile Finishing :- Zinc chloride is a more active catalyst than magnesium chloride and almost as active as zinc nitrate. It does not contribute to resin yellowing on white goods and has little effect on dye shades in tinted materials. The textile grade is used as a catalyst in resin systems that impart a durable-press or wash and wear finish to cotton and cotton synthetic blend fabrics. Zinc Chloride 50% Solution also serves as a high quality mercerizing agent for cotton. Raw Material & Other Chemicals :- Zinc Chloride is an excellent source of zinc and used as a raw material for the production of other zinc chemicals. Properties :- Zinc Chloride with formula Zncl2 is a white granular/crystalline powder, which is soluble in water having Specific Gravity 2.91, Melting Point 290° C and Boiling Point 732° C. Preparation :- Zinc Chloride can be prepared from Zinc and Hydrogen Chloride.Zn+2Hcl→Zncl2 + H2Zinc exists in only one oxidation state 2+, which simplifies purification of the chloride. Storage :- Zinc Chloride is a reactive Chemical. We recommend rubber line tanks, fiber glass, PP tanks for the storage of Zinc Chloride (Solution). Packaging :-Zinc Chloride Powder is packed in 25/50 kg PP Bags with plastic liners inside.Zinc Chloride Solid is packed in G.I. Drums.Zinc Chloride Solution is packed in Plastic Carboys and also transported through rubber lined tankers. Health Hazardous :- It is a acidic material which causes skin and eye burns. The Principle hazardous is to be eye. Swallowing of Zinc Chloride causes severe damage and is dangerous. Safety Precautions :- Do not let Zinc Chloride get in mouth, eyes or on skin. Avoid inhaling missed or fumes. Wash your hands properly after handling. Use proper chemical safety goggles, rubber gloves, jacket, and shoes while handling Zinc Chloride. Transparent face shield is also recommended. FIRST AID :- First and foremost wash your hands than wash the part of body which came in contact with Zinc Chloride with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove clothes and shoes if they are contaminated and contact the doctor. If inhale than the person should be left in open area for fresh air, give artificial respiration if not breathing properly. If swallowed do not induces vomiting, give large amount of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention immediately.

Galvanizing Flux are used to remove oxide from the steel and protect it from further oxidation. The result of which is  clean the surface for the re-action of galvanizing. Our product are well known for their high quality. We are open to small as well as bulk powder.   A. HCI-Water Flux (Pre-Flux) It is formulated for low ash, strong and uniforms coating. It is in powder and solution form and is use in galvanizing of tubes, pipes, wires, towers, structures, nut-bolts and all type of hot dip galvanizing.   It is a combination of organic and inorganic based surfactant, additives with wetting agents and salts of chlorides which unite together at certain temperature to form a single complex compound. The pre flux removes oxides from the work and protects the work from further oxidation. The result is a clean surface for the reaction of galvanizing.   Benefits of the flux: Enables uniform coating. Provides strong metal to metal bonding. Decreases production cost. Reduces formation of ash and dross. Gives Lasting brightness. We have added nickel in water flux in such a form that it acts quickly with molten zinc to impart bright galvanized output.   B. HCI-Blanket Flux (Top Flux) Our flux is a combination of salts and special additive which gives thick foam for a longer time on molten zinc and does not allow it to react with air. HCI- Acidic Degreaser  This is a phosphoric-based degreaser that can be used with water in degreasing tank or with hydrochloric acid / sulphuric acid in the pickling tank to support two actions, degreaser & pickling, at the same time. Our degreaser not only help to remove oil & grease from the surface of the work but also accelerates derusting of surface. It also provides an excellent base for further operation of galvanizing.   B. HCI-Alkaline Degreaser  The alkaline degreaser is an excellent cleaner for oils & grease. It is a self-generating cleaner, which converts approximately 30-40% waste fatty contents into active cleaner by way of converting vegetable oil & fatty acids inti soap. This not only helps reduce polluting load but allows save money as well.

High-grade Acid Inhibitors that comply with industry standards are produced by us. They are used in a lot of applications to reduce the effect that acid has on the surfaces of various alloys and metals. These are made as the result of chemical reactions between specified components. They can be availed in bulk at competitive prices. It is multipurpose in use and can be used for medium to low carbon steels and temperature ranges from room to 70°C. It has excellent acceptable for salt addition and acid strength in the pickling bath.   This Inhibitor is available for Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and Sulphuric Acid (H 2 SO 4 ).
