TILEBOND-XL is a waterproof thick/thin bed materialmade from cement, finest aggregates and the best qualityadditives. Specially formulated to bond a variety of tiles ontorigid substrate. The use of TILEBOND-XL would ensure anexcellent bonding for your tiling or cladding job.

PRODUCT BENEFITS
  • Soaking of tiles is not essentially needed. Tiles direct from box can be fixed on desired surface, minimizing possible breakage & labor cost on soaking.
  • Wetting of surface to be tiled is not necessary as TILEBONDXL works perfect on clean & dry surface. However, washing a surface to clean & remove loose particles etc. is recommended 30 min. prior to tile fixing.
  • Curing is not required as TILEBOND-XL is self-curing.
  • Hacking or roughening of surface to be tiled is not necessary.
  • TILEBOND-XL waterproofs the entire surface applied upon.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
  • Mix the contents before use & add water by 5 to 20% of the weight of the pack. Stir before use.
  • Wash the surface with clean water to remove oil, mold release agent, & foreign particles.
  • Apply HAWKS GYP BOND by roller or by brush on the moisture surface.
  • Apply Gypsum plaster after 24 hrs or after the material has dried based on environmental conditions.
