We are offering skimmed milk powder (smp).
Skimmed milk powder is obtained in the process of two-step dehydration of fat removed liquid milk. The first step is condensing the material and then drying in a spray drying tower. It consists of mechanical spraying of condensed milk in a special tower where in contact with hot air dehydration of falling drops of milk takes place. Readymade powder is subject to cooling. Milk produced in this manner is used in food industry and a semi-finished product for ice-cream, yogurt, frozen desserts, cottage cheese, cheese, chocolate in bakery and meat industry. Skimmed milk powder is used also for producing reconstituted milk (adding such a quantity of water to obtain initial composition of the product).

Insolubility index (ml) 0.2 max scorched particles disc a b protein (nx 3.38) (%) >34.0 titrable acidity as lactic acid per 100g powder 1.25 max biological analysis tpc (cfugm) 10, 000 max coliform (cfugm) absent e.coli (cfugm) absent staphylococcus aureus (cfugm) absent salmonella (cfugm) absent yeast and moulds cfugm absent packing packed in ldpe liner with 75 micron (300 gauge) thickness (food grade material) and then packed in multi-ply kraft paper bag. Storage to be stored in cool and dry conditions (not more than 27c & 65% rh) shelf life: 9 months under cool and dry conditions batch coding: batch no., date of manufacturing, date of expiry and each bag of 25 kg has bag number identification for upward traceability.
