Screw Coolers are continuous cooling or heating screw conveyor for bulks , powder, granules, pasty or muddy products. The cooling and heating function is accomplished through chilled water, steam or other thermal fluid passage into the screw and double jacket.

The air extraction in the top opening allows the control of the atmosphere conditions above the products wet extraction , dried air injection Paddles fixed to the screw allow a perfect homogenous treatment , mixing, conveying , and cooling or heating transfer.

Air Slide without the use of moving parts, these gravity conveyor transport fine, dry bulk materials, with a minimum of abrasive wear on the conveyor.

Dry materials flows down inclined conveyor, fluidized by low-pressure air entering beneath porous medium.

The Air Slide conveyor is easily installed , with simple floor or overhead support which released valuable floor space for other used. Operation is dustless and noiseless with extremely low power consumption. Conveyor line needs no lubrication , and is self-cleaning , so there is almost no maintenance

Belt Conveyor is a custom designed & engineered for total reliability and capable of handling a wide variety of bulk materials for various applications and also suitable for handling certain corrosive materials.

Standard Belt widths offered ranging from 400 mm to 2600 mm as per CEMA / IS standards. However, intermediate Belt widths are also supplied as per customer requirements.

Material is extracted in batches from a silo and then fed into a weigh hopper. Feed rates of smaller screws are more accurate than those achieved with larger diameters. Consistently, larger Screw Feeders require micro-feed aids in order to improve their poor feeding accuracy.

HI-TECH Rotary Air Locks designed for either manual or remote controlled drive, are used under silo deck slabs and bins to permit the free flow of pulverized materials which tend to arch, such as lime and cement raw materials.

Free movement of the rotor to an opened or closed position is assured by careful machining and alignment of the trunnion shafts and dust-tight bearings.

Leakage in the closed position is prevented by close tolerance and double seal. Knife edges and v slots at the end of the rotor avoid sticking of packed material.

Wet Scrapper is commonly conveyed to collect DUST at elevated temperature which includes Bagasse, Clay Dirt, Coal , Fly Ash & slag etc. Generally, construction is more or less identical to chain conveyor filled with water. However, differs in Tail end and Drive end.

Wet Scrapper will always have;

• Tail End & Drive end are at inclined position normally.
• Double Strand.
• Low linear speed for highly abrasive material.

It is normally used in Furnace Coal Ash Disposal, Bio-mass Fuel Ash, Pulverized Coal fired Boilers & other fuel applications and are largely used in power & Sponge iron plants.

HI-TECH Rotary Table Feeder consists of a power circular plate, rotating directly below the bin opening. An adjustable feed collar, located above the rotating table, determines the volume of material delivered.

These feeders are used generally with round, vertical bins and for handling materials which have a tendency to arch ; such a dump sand, wood chips, and fine salt.

The opening in the bottom of the round , vertical bin is large, so that material cannot arch over it.

HI-TECH valve consists of two flaps connected by counterweights or spring loaded spindles, which are operated by means of a motor driven cam. The cam alternately opens each flap allowing materials to pass through the separate chambers in batch form and thereby ensuring a gas seal.

HI-TECH Design & supply Mechanical type of Manual / Motorized Rotary Feeders meant for Feed Material in process to Next Station. They are suitable for controlled discharging and feeding from silos, Hoppers etc.

Bucket Elevators are made to a high quality standard design based on CEMA/IS standards.Bucket Elevator consists of a series of uniformly fed buckets mounted on an endless chain or belt which operates overhead and foot wheels. The buckets are used to elevate (usually vertically) pulverized , granular , or lumpy materials.

Casings are fabricated from MS sheets & liberally stiffened to give added load carrying capacity and true alignment. Chains are normally used for elevators with heavier duties, high capacities and lifts. Belts are recommended for handling free flowing materials as also for corrosive materials while pin and Bush type chain is normally used. Link Chain & U-Bolt combination is provided on heavy-duty elevators depending on the applications.

The materials is received at the boot, raised and then discharged by passing overhead wheel at the top, into a discharge chute.
