HIRECT has developed specialized power electronic equipments for a range of applications.

Thyristor control constant voltage and constant current power supply are used by R & D organizations like BARC, CAT, IPR etc.

Constant Current Regulators are being supplied for Airport runway lighting. These are used for guidance during aircraft landing and take off at civil airports as well as air force stations.

HIRECT systems are used for Naval frigates and submarines on high sea or patrol vessels on coast guard duty.

HIRECT has developed chargers and regenerative dischargers for the battery industry.

Custom built power supplies with IGBT designs are offered for specialized applications involving process controls and offering unique features like pulse control, reverse polarity, constant power for various industrial application.

HIRECT is leading supplier of the Water Cooled rectifier system. These rectifier systems supply high current upto 50KA for application like electro smelting. The systems are designed with OFWF cooling for transformer and water cooling for rectifiers. HIRECT also supplies converter transformer of ONAN and AN types as well as high current AC-DC chokes for smoothing and current limiting application.
