recruitment procedure
recruitment is the foremost task that one should handle very carefully, because if the
procedure of inducting people is not done properly then it may effect the whole system in
long run. 'induction not done properly' means the requirement not matching with the
supply. So before induction, we make sure what our requirement. Finalizing the
requirement, we give advertisement in the newspaper for recruitment.
recruitment of house keeping personnel:
age between 22 years to 30 years
minimum qualification minimum matriculation
experience 1 to 2 years
background preferably from hotel/hospital
background or experience
corporate cleaning
once the interview is completed and a person is selected and a person is selected, we
send him for medical check-up. This is to assure that the person whom we are talking in
is physically and mentally fit. When all these activities are completed we send him for
training.

housekeeping. For conducting this training programme, we have special instructor
(experienced employee who are working with us for long time). In training we first let

Function and duties.
2. Security personnel assigned to the particular client shall guard and protect the personnel (employees & occupants) and property of the client and all personnel present inside from injury/ damage/ loss through theft, fire, trespass, espionage, sabotage, riot and insurrection in accordance with the rules and regulations of the client.

Housekeeping Staff

Aimand scope of security.
The security / housekeeping staff provided by the corporate all be responsible for maintain
the emergency response plan. In case of any emergency arising in the premises/complex,
security staff shall be required to perform the following functions:-
. Carryout fire fighting in case of fire in the premises.
. In case of strike or any such kind of disturbance, carry out functions as directed by management.
. To deal with anti-social, rowdy elements and remove them from the premises as per instructions from administration officer/ chief security officer.
. To assist client/police authorities to establish law &order in case of riots, natural calamities etc.
. Assist chief security officer/police to carry out investigation of crime and theft cases of the
hospital property in accordance with their security manual.
