We are offering steel products h13. H13 combines good red hardness and abrasion resistance with the ability to resist heat checking. It is an aisi h13 hot work tool steel, the most widely used steel for aluminum and zinc die casting dies. It is also popular for extrusion press tooling because of its ability to with stand drastic cooling from high operating temperatures. H13 is produced from vacuum degassed tool steel ingots. This manufacturing practice plus carefully controlled hot working provides optimum uniformity, consistent reponse to heat treatment, and long service life.

We are offering high carbon, high chromium. high carbon and high chromium, ledeburitic 12% cr alloyed cold work tool steel, high compressive strength, fairly good dimensional stable during heat treatment, extremely resistant to wear against abrasive and adhesive, low distortion, deep hardenability, non-deforming, medium toughness and good edge-holding properites. Not suitable for nitriding and electrical discharge machining.

We are offering Plastic Mould Steel . Plastic mould steel with good toughness properties, easy to machine, better polishability than 1.2312, dimensional stability, flame hardenable, good photoengraving properties, requiring no heat treatment, 280 - 325 HB hardened and tempered condition, suitable for nitriding, case hardening treatments, hardchrome plating and pitting.
