MVL 16M Heavy Duty CNC Vertical Lathe Machine
Model Serial #160041. Momentum VTL with 63” table, 78” swing, and Fanuc 0i-TD control with manual guide and 10.4" LCD color screen, and milling capability. Texas Edition model adds 250mm column riser and ram extension. Also includes the following options: 88/100 HP Motor Upgrade, Oil Skimmer, Air Conditioning to Electrical Cabinet, and ATC with 19+1 Positions.Two Speed Gear Box. The gearbox employs an oil cooler for lubrication and cooling, ensuring a constant temperature in the gearbox.

RAM Head and BT-50 Claiming System :
Head type is square ram. it provides maximum stability during heavy cutting. Square ram is balance by hydraulic ram cylinder built in saddle. Hydraulic counter balance protect ram drop by magnetic brake equipment with Z- axis servo motor and pilot check vavle at power failure.
