We at Minar Industries manufacture and supply both Split type Delivery Pistons ( Rams ) and Moulded Rubber Delivery Pistons. Our Delivery Piston seals and Moulded Rams give excellent performance. The initial life of these is better on Chrome plated cylinders. The difference in initial cost for Chrome plated cylinders gets obviated by extra seal life gained on Chrome plated cylinders. Ultimately the value for money is justified. Our support rings / Guide rings made of special Ultra High Density synthetic material which provide adequate support to the Delivery piston seal and enhance it performance.

We supply seal kits for all types of Hydraulic cylinders for the cylinders we regularly manufacture and supply. We can also supply the best seals / seal kits for cylinders of any make / model / equipment etc. based on the details received from our customers. We also provide services of modifying existing sealing systems in the cylinders for improved performance. Induction Hardened Delivery Cylinders: The bore ( surface of the inner diameter ) is hardened to a value of 58 - 62 HRC with a case depth of 1.5 mm minimum. The bore is honed to a surface finish of 0.4u. Ra or better. These cylinders are machined on CNC turning centers and other precision machines to ensure good quality

We manufacture and supply piston rods ( Ready to assemble ) as components to some of our customers which will be assembled at their end. We supply Induction hardened, Quench and tempered as well as normalized condition Piston rods using different alloy steels as per our customers' requirement. Piston Rods are manufactured using state of the art technology, these components are precision machined on CNC turning centers and SPMs, ground and plated with surface finish of 0.4 µRa or better. The hard chrome plating is done to a minimum thickness of 30 µm.
