Imex Bz LLC and IMEX INC, are associated trading companies with their main office in Belize City, Belize, Central America. Imex Inc., with roots starting in the 1980’s began exporting agricultural commodities from Belize to the Caribbean, its primary market at that time. Because of the seasonal nature of this business however, building materials from Mexico and China were added and marketed. Since those pioneering years, development has been steady and significant with growth in three trading platforms, namely Agri Commodities, Building Materials and Wood Products. As the authorized representative for Panel Rey (Mexico) to the Caribbean, the companies distribute container loads of Drywall products and accessories on a weekly rotation basis. These are complemented with a fine line of North American style doors, porcelain and ceramic tiles, cement boards, nails, barbed wire and other building materials. Exotic Hardwoods logs, prepared timber, charcoal and other bio-fuel products are traded globally through the support of a wide network of partners strategically placed in Guyana, Suriname, Mexico, Vietnam, India, China and other countries. The Agri Division buys and sells agricultural commodities such as various types of beans, raisins, edible oils, corn meal, potato fries, and other products to meet the requirements of customers. Sub offices are maintained in Ohio, USA and in China.
