The company was established in 1994 in the heart of Indonesia’s high-quality nutmeg production area of North Sulawesi. CV Karya Mandiri Utama started as a contract supplier for a now-defunct nutmeg exporter. For over two decades CV Karya Mandiri Utama has been working directly with nutmeg farmers and gatherers in the North Sulawesi islands (Siau, Sanger, Talaud) thus able to maintain product quality to fulfill the quantity ordered by the buyer, all at competitive prices. Nutmeg are constantly tested by Angler BioChemLab to confirm the aflatoxin level can be maintained below Eurozone standards (15 ppb)
