Pt. Pisma putra textile was connected with pt. Pismatex textile industry a textile company wich was established in 1974 by late ghozi salim as an individual company that produces sarong with gajah duduk as the brand mark. Then the status was changed to be a co. Ltd. With notary certificate no. 1 date 1 march 1994 notary soepirman soetarman, sh pekalongan. Remembering the need of materials with the quantity and quality which are always rising and competitive prices, the management started to think to build a spinning mill factory in order to supply goods to pt. Pismatex textile industry. the establishment of this spinning mill, from the arranging of locating to construction process was started since 1994. But with some consideration, the construction of the new project was started in 1997. It was officially declared (soepirman soetarman, sh certificate no. 35 date 14 june 1994) on 26 february 2000 by the indonesian minister of home affair, mr. Soerjadi soedirja re-present the indonesian president, mr. Abdurrahman wahid. It started with the capacity of 30.000 spinning points for the spinning i. Four years later, pt. Pisma putra textile expanded of spinning ii with 30.000 spinning points. the addess of pt. Pisma putra textile is on j. Raya pait km. 10 pekalongan 51155, central java, indonesia. With ground's width of 97.530 m2 + 43.478 m2, spinning I building's width of 16.974 m2, spinning ii expantion's width of 9.660 m2. The production capacity is 4000 bale with 850 workers. the produces of pt. Pisma putra textile is being use the pt. Pismatex textile industry and some other factories in pekalongan, bandung, semarang, solo and other places. Since the last of 2001, the product was exported to toyoshima, japan, egypt, turkey and some other countries. For the next target, product will be supplied to pt. Pismatex textile industry for 40%, 20% for the local market, 40% for the exporting
