IDMC has developed three types of milking systems. These systems are as good and close to nature as milk extraction by calf. Because of their high sanitation, the bacterial load in milk is minimum. Moreover, during storage of milk in bulk milk cooler the bacterial multiplication is drastically reduced.

IDMC offers simple conventional plants to fully automated PLCDCS based computer controlled installations right from reception of raw milk, processing, packaging to support utilities. Customized state-of-the-art process modules incorporating high efficiency pasteurization, filtration, separation, fat standardization, de-aeration and deodorization, homogenization and extended holding are designed and executed in-house.

From openclosed cheese vats to finishing tables, curd elevators, cheese presses & moulds, complete cottage cheese systems, IDMC has developed some of the finest cheese making equipment and systems to meet your exact requirements. IDMC has also executed projects with various formats of packaging such as cheese slices, chiplets, tubs and bricks.

IDMC-Obram have successfully provided two fully automated paneer manufacturing lines of capacity up to 30 tons per day. One of such plant is already in operation and the other is under commissioning. A 5-tpd composite module for manufacture of paneer blocks has also been specially designed to meet the large demand of dairy processors in India.

Milk storage tanks and silos are one of the key equipment in the dairy industry. Manufactured from SS AISI 304 or 316, these tanks are available in horizontal or vertical design suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. Storage tanks are designed and manufactured in flat or conical bottom and mounted on legs or structure.

Process tanks are commonly used in dairy industry for heating, cooling, aging or standardization of milk, cream, ice cream mix and fermented dairy products.

Plate heat exchangers are extensively used in dairy & food industries for heating and cooling application. Plate heat exchangers offer enormous convenience for processing milk and it's derivatives, with flexibility, high thermal efficiency and effective heat transfer.

IDMC manufacture Rail Milk Tanker barrels in single, two and three compartments in hygienic and aerodynamic design. These tankers are manufactured from SS AISI 304316 and have standard accessories like manhole, outlet box, CIP nozzle, air vent, access ladder & insulation with polyurethane or polystyrene.

In the dairy industry, Road milk tankers are commonly used for long distance transportation of milk from collection centre to dairy plant and from dairy plant to packaging stations. They are an essential part of supply chain management.
