The Imperial Fernando Ballet Company (IFBC) was founded by Rafi Khan and Fernando Aguilera to develop and train professional dancers. Due to its unparalleled leadership and artistry, the school is now at the forefront of dance education and classical ballet training in India. In the citation of the prestigious Choreographer award, conferred on Fernando Aguilera.
1990, he is commended as an ardent spokesman for the stern but loving guide to youth, be they gifted children, teenage students with dreams, or dedicated young professionals, whom he has served as dancer, teacher, director. Until recently the daily operations of the school were overseen by Fernando Aguilera, Artistic Director of the School since its inception. IFBC as the only preparatory and performing Ballet company in India running VAGANOVA RUSSIAN CLASSICAL BALLET, JAZZ, MODERN-DANCE - CONTEMPORARY, ARGENTINE TANGO, FLAMENCO and LATIN DANCE classes at various locations. The company has gained reputation for the excellence in performing Arts and its curriculum. A strong academic program is provided followed by professional training in all three disciplines: Music, Drama and Dance.
The mission of IFBC is to provide the very finest dance training to any child or adult who seeks to experience the wonder and the fun of dance.
The goal of the school is to serve the community by not only strengthening legs and arms, but also by introducing accomplishment and discipline to the spirit of all participants.

Rafi Khan is born in New Delhi, India, has worked as a Business Man in different Companies here in India and abroad.
He together with Mr Fernando Aguilera founded the first Vaganova Ballet School Imperial Fernando Ballet Company in 2007 and today the company has over 1800 students across India with 10 centers in Delhi/NCR and 3 in Mumbai.
Ha has organized events and shows for IFBC and multinational Companies and clients including.
