KISAN-76 Triplex Plunger Power Sprayer has been scientifically designed and developed. Suitable for Agriculture & Horticulture. The sprayer is very useful for orchardists in hilly areas. The sprayer can be supplied mounted either on a portable platform or trolley with rubber wheel. The unit is highly suitable for use as a tractor mounted power sprayer by taking drive from P. T. O. shaft. Designed to operate at rated speed of 950 RPM and discharge pressure up to 20 Kgf/cm (400 PSI). Required power 2.28 KW. Pump suction capacity 38 liters per minute approx., 3 meter suction hose with strainer, 3 meter bye-pass hose with screw type operated adjustable pattern type spray gun. Can be used with two discharge lines having long hose as per choice.

Spray gun generally consist of the cut-off Device, Lance and Nozzle as one unit. Operating system Trigger type and screw type. Discharge rate of spray gun for Manual sprayer 1000 ml to 4500ml per minute. Discharge rate of screw type spray gun for Hydraulic power sprayer 5000 ml to 12000 ml/minute(5 Lit. to 12.0 lit. per minute).
Spray LancesLance is an important component of the discharge line of the pest control equipment. One end of the Lance is attached to Nozzle while the other is attached with cut-off devise. The spray liquid after being released by the cut-off devise reaches the Nozzle through lance. The lance of a seamless Brass tube construction of lance 500mm to900mm one end bent as gooseneck or straight.
