This is a modular system which can be configured by the user to use for DC constant current loads up to 200 Amps at voltages up to 60 V. There are 2 modules of 10 Amp & 20 Amp each. Each one has a Potentiometer & an ammeter to set the load current. All of them can be cascaded to achieve the required load OR all can work independent. There is digital input to each load which will put ON or OFF the load. A PLC can be used ( which we can provide ) to program a ON / OFF cycle & a cycle count to ensure that the load current is ON & OFF for a given time & programmed number of cycles.

Typical application includes wiring harness testing for the automobiles, educational training, etc.
We can also provide suitable Power source for your load. This together can make a complete system. All the products are industrial grade.

Generally the procedure of the assembly of a harness requires that the following checks

• Proper wire pulled
• Wire assembled to proper connector
• Wire properly locked in the connector
• Assembly of other end of the wire to other proper connector
• Continuity check of the wire
• Complete harness continuity check
• Pass / Fail criteria
• Total number of jobs completed with time

Our system is microcontroller based & is presently for 6 to 8 connectors. However, the system is devised in such a way that it can be expanded to more number of connectors. The operator data can be fed if desired.It has PC connectivity to upload & download relevant data & PC software to store & properly present the data to the user.
