  • Valve consists of a body and shut off mechanism inside the body.

  • Body has through axial holes of different diameters over the length. Lower part the hole is 8 mm in dia, the remaining part is of 22 mmin dia. (MOC SS).

  • The upper part of the body is provided with female thread for securing stem assembly and male thread for fastening the valveon the bottle.

  • From one side and under the body there is a connection with male threads for attaching to the pipe lines.

  • The shut off mechanism consist of valve assembly with a pad made of polyamide resin, stem assembly (MOC - MS), bushing (MOC Gun Metal), gasket (MOC - Copper), spring (MOC Case hardened steel) with packing .

  • The stem assembly in its turn has a nut, stem, ball and pivot journal.

  • Hand wheel assembly is fixed by nut on the square end of stem for opening and closing of the valve.

  • The air leakage from the valve is prevented by a seal and made in movable and fixed joint. The movable joint of valve end and bushing are sealed by rubber rings.

  • Valve assemblies have tested for the leak tightness by compressed air at a pressure of 400 kgf/cm and hydraulic test for strength at a hydraulic pressure of 600 kgf/cm
