Our Products
Holding Electromagnets are D C operated units that generate an electromagnetic field when an electric current passes into the device. Holding Electromagnets are used for the purpose of holding or manipulating the ferrous material. These Holding Electromagnets are applied in automations such as sorting machine, assembly line, mechanical arm, etc. The force range of Holding Electromagnets is 380N 7500 N and the voltage on which they operate is 12 / 16 /24 V D C. Specifications
Telescopic Brushes are used for feeding DC voltage to clutches. We provide more than 100 types of Telescopic Brushes and inserts that are used on Electromagnetic Clutches, which are equal to ZF type SK4, TSN 8, TSN 6/16, and TSL with extended length. Our Telescopic Brushes are available with shock-proof and light weight holders. We make available Telescopic Brushes of different brands like Stromag, Ortlinghaus, Heid and other international brands.
We also manufacture large quantity of clutch plates to a variety of customer specification and sizes. The Plates are supplied in three basic combinations.
Our Plates are employed in a large variety of applications such as automatic or manual gearbox for highway vehicles, main drive boxes for tractors, winch drives, machine tool transmissions, marine reversing gears and general engineering. We keep Most of the plates in stock.
Solenoids basically are electrical devices used to convert electrical energy into linear mechanical motion. The energy produces within a solenoid can either be used to provide a straight linear pulling action, or it may be converted to provide rotary action. In either case the magnetic pull force increases as the air gap is reduced between armature and core.
We offer the following type of solenoids in variety of sizes.
Various factors and their relations such as Force, Stroke, Duty cycle, pushing or pulling should be considered when selecting the right solenoid. Our D.C. Solenoids are most often sought by industrial segments for various applications such as automations, printing, packaging, textile, elevators, Automobile industries and general machine tools.
Mechanical Clutches are used in most engineering sectors such as machine tools, marine engineering, earth moving equipments and construction machinery depending on the requirements. The clutches are available for wet and dry running. Types:
Safety clutches are used as safety devices to protect large components from overload in machine tools. Safety Clutches are designed to be used as safety devices and have proven successful in machine tool and other industries in eliminating torque peaks. They protect gears, shafts, and other machine elements against over load and breakage. The actuation pressure is produced by multiple springs, and the clutches are adjustable within certain limits to meet variations in required drive or slipping torque. Safety clutches are tailor made suitable to customer requirements. Clutches are supplied with either dry or wet running.
