An electrical distribution board that receives power from generator or transformer and distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards. Our LT Panels are designed to work with low electricity consumption that makes them cost effective.

These panels work between two or more different power sources like DG sets to manage power supply. Synchronization helps in making different DG sets behave as a virtual single unit and eliminates sub-division of total load. It helps in transferring loas from one unit to another as during service period, so that the unit requiring service can be easily shut off. In this way the critical load need not be interrupted and there is no production loss. During low load we can run any single unit and synchronize more units as the load increases automatically.

Ht Automatic Voltage Regulator

We manufacture HT-AVR that are designed to overcome & control voltage fluctuations due to diverse loading duties & line losses arising in transmission & distribution network. These are designed for balanced as well as unbalanced loads & input voltage supplies.

HT-AVR operates ON Load directly on the HT line and provides a stabilized HT output voltage +/-1% that is fed to the step down transformer resulting in constant/stable LT output. The line diagram is given below showing the same.

Compact Sub Station

We manufacture various modules of Indoor/Outdoor type Compact Sub-Stations upto 2500 KVA capacity, 33KV class of transformers with HT/LT switchgears.

The Compact Sub-Station (CSS) is also known as Unitised Sub-Station (USS) or Packaged Sub-Station (PSS). The Compact Sub-Staton is a compact arrangement, which replaces conventional sub-station arrangement consisting of Load Break Switch / Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Transformer, Distribution Panel, Lightening arresters mounted on a pole structure or on a platform.

CSS is designed, keeping in mind the personal safety & aesthetics, considering HT equipment is located in high density urban places. It is a pre fabricated secondary sub-station consisting of three compartments (i.e.) H.V.Compartment which houses Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) or Load Break Switch (LBS), the transformer compartment which houses dry type /oil cooled transformers & the LV compartment which houses ACB, MCCB, SFU etc. as per client's requirement. The Compact Sub-Staton is a compact arrangement, which replaces conventional sub-station arrangement consisting of Load Break Switch / Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Transformer, Distribution Panel, Lightening arresters mounted on a pole structure or on a platform.

CSS is designed, keeping in mind the personal safety & aesthetics, considering HT equipment is located in high density urban places. It is a pre fabricated secondary sub-station consisting of three compartments (i.e.) H.V.Compartment which houses Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) or Load Break Switch (LBS), the transformer compartment which houses dry type /oil cooled transformers & the LV compartment which houses ACB, MCCB, SFU etc. as per client's requirement. All components are housed in an enclosure which protects the equipment against environmental hazards & unauthorized access . The electrical equipments are cooled by natural ventilation.

Load Break Switches

We manufacture Load Break Switches (LBS) in three pole, manual / motorised operated upto 33KV range. Our LBS is simple but robust design with trouble free mechanism. These are used in application like transformer switching, ring main gears (RMG), condensers, etc.

We offer LBS that can be make / break the normal rated current and make the short circuit current. The design of Load Break Switch is user friendly and easy in operation reliable function. Load Break Switches are manufactured in accordance with IS 9920 / IEC 265.

We manufacture quality Rectifier Duty transformers up to 10 MVA capacity in Oil cooled type having various voltage and current ratings as per the relevant IS standard.

Besides all standard fittings as specified in IS standard, optional fittings such as low/high frequency, short circuit and overload protections / cutoffs can be provided as per customers requirement.
