There are various types of heat shrinking jointing kit used for Jelly filled telephone cables of sizes ranging from 5 pair to 400 pair and conductor size diameter of 0.4mm to 0.9mm. Each kit comprises around 16-18 components which are required for installation of a complete joint.

Several timesincoming telephone callsget missed due to factory and environmental noise. Here is a device to solvetheproblem. Important calls will not be missedbecause of lowtelephone ring. This device offers connection to anyelectric bell (including existing electric bell) which will start ringing whenever telephone rings. More over the electric bell can be installed at any required place. With anoption to use more than one bell and or electric bulb in the same device by using parallel connection. Also the device can be used as an ordinary call bell by using bell push switch provided on the device. This is a complete solid state device with no moving parts.

The cable conductor is made of solid annealed, electrolytic grade high conductivity Tinned copper. The conductor is insulated with special grade PVC with different colours (PVC insulated and sheated). The insulated cores are twisted with uniform layers to form pairs and are bunched together in such a manner so as to minimise cross talk.

In 50 and 100 pair cables the units of 10 and 20 pairs respectively are identified with colour binders and stranded to form the laid up cable. The laid up cable is further jacketed with a grey colour PVC specially formulated and manufactured in-house.

The cables can be used for internal telephone wiring in high-rise buildings, offices, factories, hotels, residential complexes, etc. Stringent quality control at every stage, from raw material through manufacturing, up to the finished product guarantees high quality. All manufactured as per latest ITD specification.
