Innospacer has designed and installed Powered Mobile Racking system in which rack will be on electrically driven trolleys mounted on rail tracks. The operator will move the respective rack according to the input received from the operator so as to create the desired aisle to facilitate the storage or retrieval of pallets using a reach truck. Once the reach truck stores or retrieves the particular pallet, and is out of the aisle, the same cycle repeats for the next incoming or outgoing pallet. The racks will have single deep pallet storage. Multi- Safety sensors synchronized with rack movement will be provided for safety purpose. Numbers of Modules are put together in one Trolley; this is a collection of Modules in one Row. The Trolley will keep all the modules in a row as one entity and will help in smooth and synchronized moment of the Modules.
