Auto Descale system collectors are optionally provided to our clients. Hard water fed to solar heating system tends to form scales which choke the tubes of solar collectors. It is desirable to de-scale the system at least once in two years in summer to maintain its performance. Depending on hardness of water more frequent de-scaling may be necessary. Even de-mineralized water can affect the system performance.International Engg & Trading Co.optionally provides"AVIN"AUTO DE-SCALING SYSTEM which prevents and/or delays the formation of scales inside the collector tubes. This preventive"AVIN"AUTO DE-SCALING METHOD prevents and/or delays the scale formation. Scale formation is directly related to PPM and/or chemistry of water. In the process of auto de-scaling some external MS nipples, couplings, etc. Decay and erode and are required to be replaced periodically which ultimately saves the costly collector. This further improves efficiency and durability.

"AVIN"has designed and developed a solar dryer. The dryer has no moving parts and work on passive convection and heating principle. Toughened glass glazing aperture is 1 mtr x 2 mtrs. Holding capacity is 0.75 cu. mtrs. Various types of materials can be dried.
Material to be dried is fed into a chamber from doors provided at the rear of the dryer. Dryer is mounted on castors for easy movement and transportation

Solar cooker shown alongside is developed for a normal family size of 6 to 8 members. Cooker body is twin wall aluminum sheet fabricated. Twin glass sheets with air insulation allow for maximum solar heat entrapment. Four containers are provided to cook food. These containers are of aluminum and are blackodized. The hinged cover to the cooker has a reflecting mirror and the angle of the mirror can be varied . This type of cooker is ideal for rural and semi-urban settings and will also work fine in urban centres, saving housewives an enormous amount of fuel every year.
