IIS Manufactures and Stock Belleville Washers in Imperial as well as Metric Sizes. Belleville Washer are also called as Conical Springs Washers and are made as over DIN 6796 and are designed specifically for Heavy Duty Bolted Section such as Bus Bars, Transformers, Rectifiers, Heat Exchangers, Transmission, etc. These Washers are intended to counteract the effect of setting which results in BoltNut assembled working Loose. They do not effectively prevent loosening of the assembly under varying Redial Load and are designed for use with short bolts predominantly subject to thrust.

Disc Springs offer a well-developed solution to many engineering problems. Disc Springs can be used as single disc or arranged in stacks. A Disc Spring stack can consist of disc springs either used in Series or Parallel sets. Disc Springs are available with or without contact flats. Disc Springs are manufactured to DIN 2093 and designed as per DIN 2092. We have custom design program to assist our customers for their specific applications. Our group 1 & 2 Disc Springs are AUSTEMPERED, this method of heat treatment is particularly effective for high fatigue Disc Springs.

Serrated safet Washers are ready to fit washer to sustain preload and avoid loosening. When you Tighten the Screw, the Serrations crunch into the mating faces and prevents the screw from loosening up due to vibrations etc. Also the Disc Shape supports to hold the necessary tension. They are available in various size for Bolts and Screws. Serrated Washers are Disc Springs with Trapezodial Cross Section on Both Sides for gripping. The Diameters for Serrared Washer are matched to screw dimensions. The Outer Diamater of Washer is matched to the head diamater of pan head. This allows using the Serrated Safety Washers with almost every Screw and Bolt including recessed heads except countershunk screw.

Belleville washer in imperial as well as metric sizes. Belleville washers also called conical spring washers are manufactured as per DIN 6796 & DIN 6908. IIS Belleville washers are designed specifically for Heavy Duty Bolted section such as Bus Bars, Transformers, Rectifiers, Heat Exchangers, Transmission etc. These washers are intended to counteract the effect of setting which results in boltnut assemblies working loose. They do not effectively prevent loosening of the assembly under varying radial load and are designed for use with short bolts predominantly subject to thrust. Stainless Steel and Copper are also available in standard sizes. Wave Washers are positioned underneath a nut, an axle bearing, or a joint, to reduce friction, avoid leakage, isolate, stop loosening or distribute pressure
