Mobile Dock Ramp

Mobile Loading Dock Rampalso known asPortable Steel Yard Rampis usually used to load & unload the cargo directly from the ground into the container or trailer where no dock access exists. ILS offer mobile ramps which facilitate safely and efficiently loading/unloading up to 3.5ton forklifts at full load capacity.Standard length of mobile dock is about 11.5 metres, allowing the forklift to climb up and roll down safely without too much inclination.

These steel ramps are lifted and lowered with a built-in hand pump (electrical option available on request). They are designed to move and transported from one area of the warehouse to another by using a forklift.

Mobile loading ramp Features:

  • All steel welded construction with heavy size I-beam for its side frame.
  • Capacities 10000Kg.
  • Solid rubber tires as standard.
  • Steel serrated grating manufactured from finest quality steel and modern machines.
  • One-pc lip structure suitable for any vehicle (including the 3-wheel forklift) to pass through.
  • Simple setting of working heights via manually operated hydraulic hand pump.
  • Safety chains quick lock for fixing the mobile loading ramp to the container / truck.
