We are offering italian olive oil. The olives used in the production process, are delivered at the oil mill by vehicles that drain into a collection tank, made of stainless steel, located in the square in front of the corporate structure, and from there transferred to food bins. In this continuous cycle function is delegated to a specific machine , the kneading machine , kneading and homogenizing the mass of crushed olives from the crushers . After the kneading is carried out the extraction of the liquid fraction ( oil and water) from the pomace and then centrifuge the oil is separated from the vegetation water .
