We are offering minitunnel varnishing oiling machine. Minitunnel is a compact electric machine capable to oil and paint wooden floors and parquet. His own versatility allows to work solid wood staves, parquet planks and multilayer engineered flooring. We tested in our "testing area" over 60 different products for painting, oiling and varnishing wooden surfaces with absolutely perfect results. Minitunnel can spread olyurethanique varnishes, spatulate colored backgrounds on brushed parquet to emphasize wood grains to obtain a pickled effect, to apply and to homogeneously distribute colored oils for wooden floors and to give a brush finishing on any kind of parquet lacquer. Minitunnel works very well also with mono and bi-component finishings, with solvent and oxidant varnishes for tannic and non-tannic wood. The machine can be used with any kind of product (water based stains, solvent based varnishes, neutral or colored oils, wax oil, oxidant products, mono and bi-component finishings) and it is able to apply on wood surface from 10 up to 20 gr per sqm, thanks to the special application roller and the rotating finishing brush adjustable in two ways (pressure and speed). The machine has a completely non-stick covering (in teflon) which means that you can easily clean it since no product will stick on the chassis. Moreover, the machine has a special vertical traction system of the planks which avoid spilling on the groove and tongue, differently from the classic oiling line with rotating pads and horizontal traction does. With our vertical system the groove and tongue will be always preserved, as the product is applied exactly on the board surface and every excess will flow down without touching the groove (that's why working in vertical is so useful, especially when working with water-based stains).
