ARIOLI Steamer, Type: MiniVapo, year 1995. Fabric capacity inside machine up to 65 mt, rolls width 2200mm, working width 1900mm. Speed from 3, 2 to 32 mt/min. The machine is composed of the following: steaming chamber AISI 430 stainless steel, -fabric entrance and exit cylinders driven by c.c. motors, -fold forming device, fabric transportation on glass fiber sticks, steam conditioning devices, -steam or air recirculation fans driven by two-speeds motors, -humidification system with water injection into steaming chamber, -diathermic-oil heating for H.T. and for fixing in hot air. -Fabric entrance and folder driven by c.c.motor. -2 lateral doors opening the chamber, inspection window. -Electric board with control equipment. -2 exhausting fans driven by two-speeds motors. -Steam and water valves. -Exit small calender with pneumatic pistons. -2 nebulizing nozzles on front and back.
