INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING COMPOUNDHyperseal 1 is a chloride free integral waterproofing compound, conforming to IS 2645 - 1975. When added to cement mortar, itproduces dense waterproof concrete that resists dampness, efflorescence and corrosion.This resulting mortar is ideal to resist water entry into roofs, basements, reservoirs, swimming pools, water tanks etc. It also resistscorrosion to reinforcement steel.Hyperseal 1 improves workability and is fast, easy and economical to use.Application is fast and easy. One part of Hyperseal 1 may be mixed with 12 - 16 parts of water and the mixture added to cement mortaror concrete. The final ratio of undiluted Hyperseal 1 to cement should be one part in 50 for high cement content and one part in 30 forlower cement contents.Hyperseal 1 has a shelf life of one year when unopened and is supplied in 1Kg, 5Kg, 25Kg and 225Kg containers.Integral Waterproofing CompoundH

CRUMB RUBBER MODIFIED BITUMENCRMB is a high performance Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen manufactured using finely powdered scrap tyre rubber and processed ina sophisticated reactor at high temperatures. Complex processing modifies the properties of Bitumen and imparts additional strength, elasticity and other beneficial properties to make it better able to withstand high traffic loads, extreme weather conditions and otherforms of stress. Use of CRMB leads to excellent pavement life, driving comfort and low maintenance.The use of Crumb rubber to modify asphalt has an interesting history. Highway Engineers around the world tried their best to capturethe flexible nature of rubber in a longer paving surface. Asuccessful formula was discovered in the 1960s to repair pot holes on somestreets in the United States. The patches worked well and the asphalt rubber began to be used as a binder for chip seals. From thenon, the use of this material spread rapidly through out the world.CRMB is manufactured in three grades for differing weathering conditions. Grade 50 is used for colder climates where minimummodification is sufficient. Grade 55 is used in moderate climatic conditions where moderate modification is required. Grade 60 is usedin hot conditions where high modification is required to withstand the extra heat.
