Our Cast Iron Surface Plate is extremely lustrous and has high resistance to abrasion and indention. Used as precision reference base for inspecion, marking and layout.
We can also manufacture surface plates as per customer requirement. Used as precision reference base for inspection, making and layout.
Standard size Surface Plates are made generally as per IS-2285:2003 in three grades of accuracies and have hand-scraped finish.
Surface Tables are made to Grade-1, 2 and 3 flatness accuracies of DIN-876 and have hand-scraped / graound finish.
M.S. Fabricated stand or C.I. Column type floor stands supplied at extra cost.
Grid lines, Tapped holes and T-slots can be provided at extra cost.
