Spline gauge is an inspection tool used to quickly ascertain the acceptability of Internal/External splines or serration dimensions.

It check cumulative effect of various dimensions and permissable errors to confirm suitability for assembly of component(s). Thus, it helps in mass production to achieve perfection to micro level eliminates need for skilled hands.
