M/s Jalan Jee Polytex Ltd was incorporated in year 2001. Just after its incorporation the Directors visualised to Install a POY/FDY/Textured Yarn Unit in the Eastern part of the Uttar Pradesh. This project came in reality when the land of the company was purchased in the year 2001 and construction was started thereafter. The order for the Plant & Machineries were placed to the best of their suppliers and the unit came in production in a very short span of Eleven months. The company had proposed to install a integrated plant of POY/FDY/Textured Yarn unit in phased manner and in the first phase Nine Nos. of Textured Yarn Machines have been installed. The total proposed capital outlay of the company in span of Five years is more than Fifty crore . This is first plant of its kind in Eastern part of Uttar Pradesh while the demand of the product is abundant .The unit is catering the needs of not only in Uttar Pradesh but of entire India.The Company is already in this business since last Fourteen years and envisages no problem for sale at all. There is huge market for existing products,which is still untapped and there is gap. In course of marketing of existing products the company realize that it is unable to meet the demand of the market and still there is a big gap. Therefore the company had extended its double capacity by way of installation of additional 22 Nos. of Textured Yarns Machines and 12 Nos of TFO Machines. At present the major portion of the entire output of Polyester in India is used in apparel against the world trade of major use area apparel/industrial/home textiles. There is a good scope for future expansion too as the Industrial / home requirement is increasing day by day.Above all, at present consumption of man made yarn is very low which has an increasing trend and has to travel upward to a long journey. The consumption of Polyester is increasing as compared to natural yarn and it is expected that forthcoming years are exclusively for polyester.After going through the above discussions it is crystal clear that forthcoming years are exclusively for polyester and huge domestic as well as international demand are waiting to be fulfill.
