Hydraulic Fix Rake Angle Shearing Machine

JSMTHydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine with FIXED RAKE ANGLE is designed to suit sheet metal industries using thin sheets.

FRAME : Rigid steel frame ofJSMTshears are optimally designed to avoid weak sections at load support & is of interlocked design. The table of frame is welded together with support of steel plates .The table top surface is machined with the provision of t-slot to facilitate front gauge stopper . Ram assembly is welded with steel plate support.
ROLLER GUIDES : The upper beam is guided by three points roller guides. A replaceable hardened liner is provided for minimum wear. It eliminates lubrication of guides.
HYDR. POWER PACK : Hydraulic system is mounted at top at rear side of machine. Hydraulic components are of internationally reputed makers like Vickers, Dowty, Rexroth etc. valves are mounted on a compact manifold block minimizing piping and chances of leakages. For oil cooling sufficient size of oil reservoir is provided.
CYLINDERS : Cylinders are precisely honed & are fitted with hard chromed piston rod with best quality sealing elements. Cylinders are connected with upper beam (cutting beam).
HYDR. HOLD DOWN : hydraulic hold down pads hold the sheet securely to avoid slipping & bowing resulting in clean square cut. Hold down units are provided for better clamping while cutting narrow strips.
STROKE : The same is adjusted with help of stroke setting rod & limit switches.
BLADE CLEARANCE : Blade clearance can be adjusted manually by lever on each side of machine with calibration of clearance suitable for thickness.
BACK GAUGE : Hand operated back gauge is provided.
BLADES : JSMTshears are provided with high quality, single segment (HcHcr) blades for longer tool life. Easy in assembling of blade reduces down time. The blades are four edged.
OPERATION : The machine can be operated by push button or by foot switch. When foot switch is pressed Hold Down plungers come down & Upper beam start shearing operation. If foot switch is released at any point of shearing, the upper beam will return back from that point.
FINGER GUARD : Fitted in front of hold down for operator's protection without obstructing viewing.

Frame :- Frame is of robust fabricated steel construction of rigid & interlocked design. It is strain-free and supports the ram and bed. Pneumatic Clutch & Combined Brake Linked with the flywheel engages every time when the foot switch or both hand is Pressed.
Cranck Shaft :- It is made of special EN8 high tensile steel machined and ground to highest degree of accuracy.
Bearings :- Bush Bearings of high grade Gunmetal machined to almost grade of accuracy with provision of oil grooves to ensure a proper fill of oil lubricant for smooth running of the machine in all conditions.
Knock Out :- Presses above 10 Tons capacity are fitted with knock-out Brackets for stopping down the parts drawn, thus facility the work.
Ram :- Ram is of rigid construction of high tensile cast iron/cast steel with round die shanke hole and clamp.It can be tightend by means of the screws on the side.The slide can be adjust the stroke as desired with out hit and trial method.
Stroke :- Power presses are manufactured with adjustable stroke. Amultiple Claw Sleeve with graduation is provided to get the required adjustment in the Stroke.Operator can adjust the stroke as desired without hit and trial method.
Fly Wheel :- Made of high grade C.I. and designed to generated the maximum energy.

FRAME : Rigid steel frame of"JSMT"press brakes are optimally designed to avoid weak sections at load support & are of interlocked design. The heavy duty steel construction frame is so designed to absorb heavy shocks of over load .All welding edges are properly machined for weld joints.
HYDR. POWER PACK : Hydraulic system is situteted in bottom at rear side of machine. Hydraulic components are of internationally reputed makers like YUKEN Vickers, Dowty, Rexroth etc. valves are mounted on a compact manifold block minimizing piping and chances of leakages. For oil cooling sufficient size of oil reservoir is provided.
CYLINDERS : Cylinders are precisely honed & are fitted with hard chromed piston rod with best quality sealing elements. Both Cylinders are mounted at back side of machine and are synchronized for parallelism between ram and table, by providing mechanical links connected with cylinder.
RAM TILTING ARRANGEMENT : Tilting arrangement consists of eccentric pin and screw, nut. It adjust parallelism between ram and table.
MECHANICAL BACK GAUGE : Manual back gauge is a standard equipment provided onJSMTpress brakes.
V-BLOCK AND PUNCH : JSMTpress brakes are provided with high quality, standard "V" block & "V" punch.
OPERATION : Electric panel and operational console are provided at right side of the machine for easy operation by the operator. Console and control panel is provided with on-off push button, three phase indicator, pendent and foot switch.

Further Details :- Offered wide range of Jayshakti C-Type Power Press is available in "C" frame versions that have the capacity ranging from 5 ton to 250 tons. Apart from its strong & economical construction, it is known for its several standard as well as optional features that include manual/auto lubrication systems, die-coilers and so on.
Housing Structure :- For making its frame strong and durable, we have used high quality steel plates with ideal cross ribbing. Also, the press which have the capacity up to 30ton is provided with cast iron legs. In order to ensure the alignment of its frame structure, proper machining has been done.
Clutch :- This rolling key type clutch is well supported as well as has rigid construction. designed to provide stroke for mass production in continuous manner.
Crank Shaft :- Made out of steel alloy, crank shaft is fitted with bushes; made up of bronze, for having high precision, accuracy, smooth working operation, and longevity.
Fly Wheel :- This cast iron flywheel is designed in proper radius, which helps in smooth and balanced movement of press machine. Further, it is used for storing and releasing the required energy, which is essential for the proper functioning of offered press.
