We manufactures the Valve guide from the size range of 1″ to 24″. We are manufacturer and exporters of valve guide for almost all size of Engine. Valve Guides are grounded to a surface finish of 0.80 Micro Ra on its Outer Dia and with in a tolerance of 13 Microns. Valve Guides are also provided with Thread and Spiral in its Inner Dia to retain oil for long time. Thus increases the life of both Valve Guide and the Valve. Valve Guide are made from grey cast iron alloy with high Phosphorous content to provide high wear resistance and improves working properties in poor lubrication conditions. Valve Guide are made to accurate dimension as per OE standards and the inner bore is also finished to Perfect size, not usually done by Competitors. Valve Guide are also made from Brass as per the customer demand & covers wide range of application for Automobiles, Tractors, industrial & Diesel Engines.

We offer a extensive range piston pins, which find applications in automobiles, tractors, diesel and industrial engines, air & gas compressors. Piston pins offered by us are manufactured using the latest machinery to provide them precision dimensions. Further, we develop these piston pins from alloy steel of super grade, which ensures their reliable quality and trouble free performance.

We manufacture air cooled block and casting of these block is done in grey cast iron of Grade-25 In such a way so as to achieve paralytic structure free from ferrite and graphitic (max up to 2-3%). Air cooled block are cast by shell molding process and used for diesel engines, automobile engines (two wheeler, three wheeler engines, all European engines and high power diesel engines).

Cylinder Liner (Wet Liners) & Sleeve (Dry Liners) of all type of Engine, Tractors, Cars, Trucks, Compressor & Generators  & also we manufacture and export as per customers required specifications, drawings or samples. We have facility to develop any type or size of fully finished & pre-honed Cylinder Liner & Sleeve which can be fitted directly in engines with no further machining required before or after its fitment.The cylinder liner of an internal combustion engine includes a wet-type upper portion and a dry-type lower portion. The upper (wet) portion of the cylinder liner is formed to include alternate thinner and thicker portions, the thicker portions strengthening the liner in the wet area and enabling the overall thickness of this portion of the liner to be smaller than would otherwise be possible. Further, the shapes involved by this construction provide a plurality of parallel annular flow passages by which the cooling fluid is directed in parallel paths around the upper portion of each of the cylinders from one side of each cylinder to the other side thereof. A Cylinder Sleeve or dry cylinder liners has a flange at the outer circumference of the upper part of a liners barrel, and also has a grind relief groove formed below the flange at the outer circumferential surface of the liner barrel. The upper surface and the lower surface of the flange are coated with a coating film comprising a heat resistant resin containing a solid lubricant. The coating film may also be applied to only the lower surface of the liner flange.
