Our Story
1969 - Founded as Jyoti Packaging Industry
We established in 1969 as Jyoti Packing Industry - founded under the leadership of Shri Premji Khemji Chheda. With over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry under his belt, the company served as a supplier of metal strap and jute cloth to leading Indian textile mills such as Century, Mafatlal Group, Premier and Bombay Dyeing.
1990 - Plastic Manufacturing
In the year 1990, Jyoti Packaging evolved with industry demands and entered the plastic manufacturing segment. We started dealing in polypropylene, LDPE, rolls and bags and also started manufacturing PVC bags specialised for bedsheet packaging.
1996 - A Step Into The World of PVC Manufacturing
With growing customer needs, we started manufacturing ready pillows and exporting new packaging accessories. Partnering with various Chinese companies, our company soon became a leading bag supplier for companies in Australia, Canada, Europe and USA.
2016 - 100% Cotton Bags
Jeh™ Bags, our flagship brand for 100% cotton bags was launched with one goal in mind - to help reduce our carbon footprint. They are ideal for day to day use and a perfect replacement for polythene bags and other hybrids. We're heavily focused on following environmentally friendly practices and producing eco-friendly products. We've also expanded into phalate-free and heavy-metal free packaging. Our hope is to continue on this journey while minimizing our impact on the environment.
