JPFL started the manufacture of BOPP films in 2003, the most widely used flexible packaging films in the world. Taking advantage of India's growing demand, JPFL has rapidly increased its BOPP film Capacity from 90000 MT in 2006 to 210, 000 MT in Financial Year 2015-2016 and we are now India's largest producer of BOPP films. State-of –the-art manufacturing facilities from DORNIER, BRUCKNER, GOEBEL & KAMPF help JPFL produce thin films, matte films, over wrap films, heat sealable films, metalizable metalized films, label films, opaque white and P.S. tape garment bag film etc.

Largest manufacturer of BOPP in India JPLF offer full range of BOPP films from 07 to 70 microns which include Transparent BOPP heat sealable and non heat sealable , Matte film , Pearlised film , Label grade , Opaque film , Release film , Tape and Textile film and Metallise BOPP film with 5 Brukner and 2 Dornier line with current capacity of 2.51 Lacs TPA.

Jindal Poly Films Ltd commenced the first metallizing production in January 2003 using sophisticated technology. We have total 12 metallizers with total capacity of 85000 TPA. Metallized BOPET Films are used for high barrier Flexible, packaging, metallic yarn, sequins for textiles, decoratives etc.Metallized BOPP films are used for flexible packaging, gift wraps and decoaratives.

Product Description Super Plus white opaque substrate is a polyester film, coated on both side which is suitable for electro-photography printing. Polyester film base provide tear resistance with thermal-stability for long term durability. It is more economical and durable as compare to silver halide paper. Product Applications Super plus non tearable (NTR) is designed especially for digital printing media for photo album, commercial printing, promotional & customized printing

The 5 Layer CPP line from Reifenhauser with a width of 4.8 meters and an annual capacity of 15000 MT , is the widest and by far the most technologically advanced line in the country. It has the capability to produce a wide range CPP films , both for regular applications as well as specialty films for high barrier and retort applications. The line is also equipped with advanced features to monitor and maintain consistent quality . The growth of CPP films in India , has been limited so far , due to the lack of availability of high quality films as well as the absence of innovative products , given that most of the current manufacturers are in the unorganized sector . With the launch of JPFL’s CPP range , packaging convertors and brand owners can look forward to regular availability high quality and innovative films in this segment.

High performance coating facility from K-MEC enhances JPFL’s capability to produce entire range of coated BOPP and PET films as well as development of new coatings for different applications and tailoring the products as per customer’s requirement. Our products can be used as monofilm or as a part of laminate structure.
