Single Screw Extruder is used for pipes and profile extrusion lines for manufacturing rigid and flexible pipes and conduits.
Application of Use : There are different definitions that are usually associated with the different industries (Plumbing, Gas Transmission Lines, Beverages, Medical, Mining, etc.) The most known and acceptable is that pipe is a rigid, hollow, long & larger piece in diameter than tubes.

The screw & barrel which are used in PE, PP noodle pelletizing production line, are under a special surface treating process, & have good wearing, high yield and good mixing effect characteristics. The vacuum & natural vent in the production process in PE, PP noodle pelletizing production line will exhaust the steam & gas, and make it to extrude the materials peacefully. Through this extruding process, the particles are more dense with better quality products.

Single stage agglomerated pelletizing line is mainly designed for processing PE, PP industrial waste, like poly bags, printed film, PP woven sack bag. This machine adopts European technology. It can also process recycled agriculture film. Since this machine is integrated with an agglomerator, so there is no need to use extra crusher to crush the big film pieces, but a pre-crushed material will be helpful to get a higher output. The barrel adopts vacuum degassing zone, so it can also process heavy printed film waste.
