Our Products
Features:
JJ anatomical molar bands are made of stainless steel and are preformed to reproduce molar morphology for better adaptation. These bands are available for upper and lower molars and for right and left sides.
They are available individually and also as a band box of 250 bands.
JJ offers pre-welded bands with tube within a very economical range. The pre-welded bands are available in upper double and lower single tubes.Molar bands in upper triple tube specification can be made available as per requirement.
They are available individually and also as a Band Box of 250 pre-welded bands with tube.
Available Specifications
Upper (Maxillary) Bands with Single, Double & Triple Tubes
Lower (Mandibular) Bands with Single & Double Tubes
Features:
It is formulated with a highly filled paste that combines with a unique primer to produce bond strength to etched enamel that virtually eliminates bonding failures. The proprietary catalyst in the primer insures that the material reaches maximum bonding strength within five minutes.
Light cure orthodontic bracket adhesive offers the most favorable properties for bonding brackets. Tooth colored adhesive provides high bond strength with quick set time and low solubility and excellent handling characteristics.
The device measures the right distance between bracket slot and incisal edge and thus simplifies the process of seating the brackets on teeth.
Features:
Face bows are made of special high resistant stainless steel material. It is associated with head gears or neck pads. This product allows application of orthodontic and orthopaedic forces.
High pull straps are a durable and comfortable accompaniment to face bow or head gear so that adequate force is generated to hold these appliances in place for an effective result in skeletal development.
Reverse pull head gear or protraction face mask is an appliance to help correct jaw alignment problems. It is designed to bring the upper jaw and teeth forward while restraining forward growth of the lower jaw, typically when there is an under-bite or when the upper jaw is under- developed.
It is used for cutting distal end of the wire protruding out of the molar tubes. It has a mechanism to hold the cut end of the arch wire and preventing it from falling into the patients mouth. It can be used for intra-oral or extra-oral purposes.
It is used for crimping hooks to the arch wire. The plier design gives it a firm grip on the hook as it is delivered on to the arch wire and securely crimps the hook at three points to prevent flares at the ends.
It is made from special hardened stainless steel with tungsten carbide cutting tip and is used for cutting thin metal bands or band material.
It is a lingual attachment to hold maxillary and mandibular removable appliances

This appliance is useful for patients indicating mandible anterior growth. Head gear needs heavy duty stapler for assembling the strap. The stapler fixing method gives proper contouring of the strap with head and is comfortable for the patients. It is made up of polyester, elastic and plastic material.

Features:
Lingual Buttons is available in bondable or weldable form. This can be used for elastic and ligature wire retention, improving rotation, traction & retraction movements .They ensure patient comfort and have enough room for tying elastics.
Crimpable hooks can easily be attached at a desired point anywhere on the arch wire for use with auxiliaries.
This tweezer has a unique design that provides optimum view for favourable placement of buccal tubes.
Stainless steel and NiTi Springs are good devices to obtain forces of traction and compression. They also support space closure and distal movement of teeth . The NiTi Springs offer light and continuous forces.
The impression trays have excellent alginate retention due to base perforation. It can be decontaminated by autoclave or chemical methods.
Lip bumpers can be used to reinforce anchorage, to move molars and to treat hypotonic clip. It is placed in front of the anterior teeth to keep the pressure of the lips and cheeks away from the front teeth and back teeth respectively.
Neck pads for elastics deliver continuous and light forces required to aid a patients dental development and skeletal growth. They are soft, comfortable and ideal to use with face bow.
The safety breakaway is used with face bow or head gear. It gets spontaneously detached if the force exceeds the safety level.
Features:
Light Cure Band Cement can be used to bond other orthodontic appliances using normal etching and sealing procedures.
It is a composite no-mix, no-mess cement, with fluoride ion release, conveniently preloaded in syringes.
Elastomerics have become an integral part of orthodontic treatment. They are mainly used as elastic ligatures, intra oral and extra oral elastics and other allied products to aid in a smooth alignment of teeth.
It is a bracket positioning aid made of stainless steel and accurately measures bracket placement from the incissal edge at 3.5 , 4, 4.5 and 5 mm. It is also available with pencil or metal tip.
They are NiTi Round Arch Wires of Upper & Lower Sides
Elastic positioner is useful for the patient to replace intra-oral elastics.
t is used for preparing arch wires with or without torque adjustments. It is a wire slotted body made of stainless steel.
Triangular band seater helps place and seat band evenly and easily.
The slender tip allows placing and removing of Elastic Ligatures more convenient and less time consuming by reducing stress on newly bonded brackets.
his instrument allows the correct placement of the bracket slots in relation to the occlusal or inscisal face of the tooth.
The flux can be used for welding, improving metal union and allow a uniform blister free weld.
It is the model of the entire oral cavity for educational purpose.
The unit is used for welding and soldering in orthodontics.
It is a combination of protractor and tooth templates for cephalometric analysis.
Orthodontic Tensiometer also called Dontrix Gaugecan be used for evaluation of elastic force. It measures force of coil springs, arch wires and elastics.
It is an instrument with curve end on one side and straight end on the other side make it easy to work with low profile brackets. It helps to apply adequate pressure on the archwire to bend it into the bracket slot and so the cut ends of ligature wires do not hurt the soft tissues.
It is used for seating bands into their final position. The serrated tip ensures no slippage. Lightweight, large handle design for excellent control, featuring a five sided angled tip.
Gurins, also commonly known as arch wire stops, are devices attached to orthodontic wires with gurins key. This will permit the application of forces directly in the arch. It is used in tie-back stop applications, spring activation and prevents wire migration.
