Hydraulic Fittings

Hydraulic ttings are designed for use in Oil hydraulic, pneumatic systems, instrumentation systems in chemical plants, steel processing Industries, fertiliser, petrochemical and petroleum industries requiring high degree of precision and reliabililty. These ttings can be dismantled and reassembled for maintenance without loss of effectiveness of sealing.Fittings are available as standard for CD size metric tubing, Inch series ttings can also be manufactured.



Carbon steel ttings with Cadmium plating can be used in Corrosive application. For very aggressive applications use our Stainless steel ttings in A.S.l. 304 or A.l.S.l. 316, which are made in Single or double ferrule construction.

Assembly Precautions : -



Cut tubes at right angle without any Burr
- Deburr tubes at O.D. and l.D. before Sttfhpting assembly.
- Lubricate Nut, Ferrule, Tube O.D. and body of fitting with oil.
- Slide ferrule over tube end and check it slides freely over the 2" - 3" of the tube length.
- Ensure to assemble ferrule correctly and net which shall not give leek tight joint.
- Tighten Nut with hand till there is slide time till it reaches step in body.
- Tighten Nut fully with spanner 3/4th turn. Ensure to hold tube from rotating.

Dead Weight Testers


Deadweight Testersare used for calibration of Pressure gauges and all other Pressure sensing, transmitting & recording instruments. Variety of economical models to suit the industry needs are available in accuracies of 0.2% to 0.1%.



Applications:

Deadweight Testers are used for calibration of pressure gauges and all other Pressure sensing, transmitting and recording instruments having High Accuracy.





Deadweight testers consists of frictionless piston mounted on a rugged base. Its screw type operating system ensures an effortless operation. Rotation of the screw pump produces the pressure which is balanced by precision weighs directly marked in pressure units and stacked on the carrier weight. These testers are designed for precision accuracy of 0.1 % to 0.2%. (Accuracy of 0.01 optional) Unit marking available in Kg/cm2, PSI or Bar etc.



Deadweight Tester is of robust construction with a sturdy steel base having adjustable screws.

Comparison Testers


Comparison Testersare used in Laboratories with requirements as test bench for calibration of field mounting gauges as per quality procedure of Industries such as Chemical, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals Bulk Drug and Engineering. These rugged bench mounted testers are manufactured in steel construction, are easy to operate and maintenance free.




These machines can be offered in two different material of constructions and three models :



- STAINLESS STEEL 304 WETTED PARTS, WATER AS PRESSURE MEDIA.
- ALL STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION, FOR CORROSIVE ATMOSPHERE.

Low pressure class machines are equipped with two feed valves for ease of operation, having Operating Range from 0 to 2000 PSI.

Medium pressure class machines are equipped with only one valve having operating Range from 100 PSI to 6000 PSI.



High pressure machines are provided with one valve and with high capacity priming pump for quick filling of system and fast response, having operating range upto 10, 000 PSI.



Pneumatics comparison testers can be use for vacuum to up to 350 PSI. This can also be used to check compound gauges.



Full set of adapters are standard accessories to enable to mount gauges with almost any connection size, right from 1/8" to 1/2" B.S.P. / N.P.T. and M20 x 1.5p. Pointer punch, required spanners and alen keys are part of tool kit so no other tools are required to operate or maintain the machine.

Rtd Thermocouple Sensors

RTD'S are high precision device used to measure temperatures in corrosive and non-corrosive media. They work on the principle of variation of resistance of a sensing element, usually made of Platinum, with corresponding change in temperature.



These RTD's are available in following types:

PT100, PT200, PT500, & PT1000 (AS PER DIN 43760 OR BS904 CLASS II) Pt50 (as per JIS) Simplex or Duplex.


THERMOCOUPLE :
A thermocouple is a sensor for measuring temperature. It consists of two dissimilar metals, joined together at one end which produce a small unique voltage at a given temperature. This voltage is measured and interpreted by a thermocouple thermometer.



These thermocouples are available in three types of hot junctions :

The Grounded Junction :Recommended for the measurement of static or flowing corrosive gas or liquid temperature and for high pressure application. The junctions are welded to the protective sheath giving faster response.

An Underground Junction :Used for measurement in corrosive application where it is desirable to have the thermocouple electronically isolated form and shielded by a seath. The junction is physically isolated from the sheath from MgO powder.

An Exposed Junction :It is used for the measurement of static or flowing non-corrosive gas temperature where fast response time is required. The junction extends beyond the protective seath to give accurate and fast response. The seath insulation is sealed where the junction extends to prevent penetration or moisture or gas which would cause.
