Thus, we maintain Quality Control checks at all levels i.e. from raw material procurement stage to dispatch stage of the final finished product. We inspect each and every single pipe for pinholes and random checking of samples is conducted for accurate thickness, zinc coating, length, etc. Our process of manufacturing is known as "High Frequency Induction Welding (HFIW)" which uses the parent metal to fuse the edges thus, maintaining same chemistry in the final product with only a fractional change in grain structure. This is coupled with an online Seam Annealing System to uniformly balance the grain structure. Finally, Therma tool welding ensures the integrity of the product.
