| Fin evaporator is made from aluminum tubes and fins which makes to maintain certain specified temperatures in refrigerators.
Usages Mainly surface area of evaporator is used for exchange of heat. Surface area (mm2) is maintained with the help of aluminum tubes and aluminum fins. Desired area shall deliver desired heat exchange efficiency in frost free refrigerator.Fined evaporator can maintain up 0C to-180C temperature to protect from oxidation, anodic treatment carried out on fin evaporator. | Features
Fin evaporator being refrigeration cycle product, is required to maintain proper thermal/heat exchange cycles, so it is leak tested at high pressure along with nitrogen purging inside evaporator.v v |
It is used in Direct Cool Refrigerators, Chocolate coolers, Visi coolers, etc. where temperature is required to be maintained in freezer box from 8 C to -16 C.
It is made from two aluminium plates which are bonded together on mechanical mill at elevated temperature. It is in the form of plate, on which flow lines called internal tubes are inflated. It is protected with powder coating layer measured at 50-60 microns.
Leak testing with high pressure nitrogen i.e.which ensures defect free product.
Nitrogen purged, Evaporator gives confidence which ensures leak free evaporator.
Surface coating - Powder coating ensures better life of evaporator.
